INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside Australia)

A PayPal invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours from ordering. You can use your credit card or bank account to pay PayPal securely with.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Australian clients can pay via Credit Card (phone), Direct Credit to our bank account or via PayPal. For Direct Credit & PayPal options, we will email the payment details to you within 24 hours from ordering.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside Australia)

COATS / Registered International Air Mail postage rates will be advised upon your mailing destination & weight of parcel which is dependent upon the coat style & size, as costs vary per 250grm increment. 

General guide only: 1 Luxe coat parcel to the UK $26 AUD, 1 parcel US/Canada $23 AUD.

Air Mail delivery times are subject to your country's customs dept & mail delivery service. Delivery times vary from 6 -14 days.
Parcels will require a signature upon delivery. Optional postage insurance upon request is recommended for the total cost of goods & postage, which is additional.

Please note Aust Post does not offer insurance to all countries such as Canada.  Rarely has a parcel gone missing in the post, however Whippetwear cannot be held responsible for lost mail, hence insurance is recommended.

KLAMS & COCOONS / Express Door to Door International courier (shipping & packaging) costs will be confirmed upon the country of destination. 

General guide only: UK $109 AUD, US / Canada $101 AUD.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

COATS / $9.00 AUD for 1 coat , $4 for each additional coat in the same parcel via Aust Post standard service. 
Optional registered mail be can be requested for an additional $5 per parcel. Rarely has a parcel gone missing in the post, however Whippetwear cannot be held responsible for lost mail, hence registered mail is recommended to be requested.

KLAMS & COCOONS / Door to door courier (freight) costs are $35 Australia metro. Regional & Tasmanian courier costs will be confirmed upon postcode destination.  Please note that Klam’s & Cocoon's are sent directly from the manufacturer to you. The parcel will need to be signed for so we best advise a business address. If no one is at the address, the courier will charge a re-delivery fee.

whippet perfect fit only

Our coats are specifically designed to fit whippets perfectly. They do not fit other dog breeds & crossbred whippets. However please inquire if you do require a special breed coat.

colours

Please note some colours are seasonal & limited so therefore sell out quickly. As we specialise in couture, we wish to offer an exceptional array of flattering colours, lining and trim combinations to best enhance the colouring & individuality of your whippet rather than offering a basic colour range. If you require custom made coats with your chosen kennel or club colours, we are happy to assist. Contact us for more information.

coat karma

Should you already own pre-loved coats that are not in use, please donate them to Whippet Rescue organisations & animal shelters for whippets that really need them to keep warm. Your whippet is one of the extremely fortunate ones that are loved, warm and cared for. Too many are not. That's why we call it "coat karma".
