terms & conditions

When you place an order with Whippetwear you are automatically entering into our terms and conditions. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders with www.whippetwear.com Your subsequent purchase will indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may be modified from time to time and your continued use of this site and any subsequent purchases made shall signify your agreement to be bound by any change.

Billing

Please ensure when placing an order you enter your details correctly including your telephone number so we can contact you if need be. We reserve the right to cancel any order, which we determine does not meet the requirements for correct addressing & details. It is important you enter the correct shipping information to include a business address if required, to ensure that the parcel is delivered correctly.

Currency

All product & shipping prices are quoted on this website in Australian Dollars (AUD). All transactions are settled in AUD. You may choose a currency converter to determine pricing.

GST & Taxes

On all orders placed for delivery in Australia, prices are inclusive of GST. Orders to be shipped to an International address are exempt from Australian Taxes. The prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges, which may apply. Any additional charges will be at the expense of “you” the purchaser & will not be covered by Whippetwear.

Colour

Please note that colours of products will sometimes vary depending on the quality & make of the computer monitors, tablets & mobile devices they are being viewed on.

Order Confirmation

Order confirmation will be sent to your email address reconfirming your order, charges & any other relevant information. This email is to confirm we have received your order.

If we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or in the case where we may suspect fraudulent use of a credit card – we reserve the right not to accept your order. We also reserve the right not to accept your order if certain shipping restrictions apply for the area of delivery, or if the item is out of stock or withdrawn from sale for any particular reason.

Delivery Information

When placing your order please allow for the following:
Please allow at least 1 week to have your coat made (2 weeks in our busiest periods) before your order can be dispatched. Beds may up to 3 weeks in peak periods due to high demand.

In the event of an incomplete delivery for Klam & Cocoon beds in Auastralia only, with no one at the addresss to sign for the parcel, the courier may charge a re delivery fee depending on the location. This is important for regional areas.

Please note that when finalizing your order to include a valid Street number, Suburb, Postcode & contact telephone number. Orders will not be processed or sent without this information and Whippetwear cannot be held responsible for any delays due to incorrect of missing delivery information.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final on made to order coats, snoods, & beds. This does not apply to pup coats that are in stock, collars or leads. Exchanges / refunds are not accepted, except in the unlikely case of defective goods or an incorrect shipment.

You must advise us within seven ( 7 ) working days of receiving your order if there is a defective item. Proof of purchase will be required.

For any returns or exchanges, products must be posted to Whippetwear's Head Office at the customers expense. In the event of a faulty, or incorrect order, once the product has been received at our Head Office & deemed a manufacturing fault, or error & not in a state due to wear & tear, we will refund the postage amount incurred if you include a receipt.

All product must be returned with original labels, hair free in perfect new condition for resale. Evidence of tampering with a product, will void any refund.

Before returning goods please send us an email to info@whippetwear.com advising of the problem & the reason for return. We will email you with the return address & return number.

When approved for return, we advise the item/s to be forwarded to Whippetwear by registered mail. Should we not receive the item/s we will not process an exchange or refund.

Upon receiving the return order please allow 1 weeks from the day we receive the returned your goods to process your return.

Information on our website

Whippetwear has done everything to ensure that the information we provide on this site is accurate as possible. Whippetwear does not accept any responsibility for any errors, or omissions in the site contents. We reserve the right to modify, edit or delete the information provided on this site at any time in order to improve our services to you.

All designs, images & photographic material are subject to copyright and are wholly owned by Whippetwear. No material represented on Whippetwear's website may be used without prior written authorisation or linking. Whippetwear is trademarked & legal action will be pursued if required.
