Shipping & timelines
We ship Australia wide for a standard post service for a flat rate of $12 for coats, collars, snoods & internationally based on parcel weight. Beds have the flat fee listed on each bed style page of $25. Please note our beds are quality weight & large, with each bed being the maximum parcel size international postage carrier will allow.
Shipping costs are set by Aust Post & your country's postal service, & are calculated at check out. Any variation for express or registered post must be requested and paid for via a requested invoice for the difference.
All coats & beds are made to order with love. Timelines for coats & Kanga Pouch covers will vary from 4-8 business days depending on seasonal demand. Cocoon & Den beds made to order are up to 2 -3 weeks & shipping times in peak cold weather.
We recommend ordering coats & beds well before the cold weather arrives. Your whippet will then be warm with a coat on hand & not cold waiting on a coat to be made & delivered.
Please note that your country's postal service sets the parcel costs, based on weight & volume, not us. Your country's customs department will also process parcels for security clearance, so please consider this in the timeline for delivery. International parcel delivery timelines vary on seasonal peak periods. Allow 7-10 business days as an average.
You can track your parcel with the shipping tracking number with your country's postal service, emailed when your parcel is shipped. Please allow a few days to enter your country's postal system.
Your country's taxes & import duties, if applicable are your responsibility as the "purchaser" not ours. Please refer to Terms & Conds for more detail.
Any returned product will have the shipping costs incurred by the purchaser.
